Applying to MIT WPU (MCA programmes)

The candidate should fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
  • Passed minimum three year duration Bachelors Degree awarded by University recognized by University Grants Commission or Association of Indian Universities in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent (at least 45% in case of candidates of Backward class categories, withMathematics or Statics as an subject for HSC or Higher Level )
  • Appeared for MAH-CET is Mandatory
MCA in Management offered under MIT WPU is three years full time courses divided over Nine Trimesters.
The programs are affiliated to the MIT World Peace University, approved by Government of Maharashtra and recognized by UGC (Established under Govt. of Maharashtra Act No. XXXV 2017 as a State Private University dated on 5th May 2017).
All the student who are appearing or been selected for / through Entrance Test have to submit the photo copies of documents like
  • Mark sheet& Certificates of 10th, 12th, Diploma & Degree Certificates Original and attested Xerox.
  • Entrance Exam Score card
  • College Leaving/Transfer Certificate in original and attested Xerox.
  • Domicile/ Nationality Certificate attested Xerox
  • Gap Affidavit (if applicable) on stamp paper.

MIT WPU fulfills faculty-student ratio as per MIT WPU norms. The maximum enrollment of a class in not more than 60 students.
Yes, 90% classroom attendance is compulsory as per MIT WPU.
MIT WPU at the beginning of academic year prepares an activity planner which includes all the curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular events to be conducted. To keep abreast with academic, curricular and co-curricular activities, MIT WPU conducts multiple events per semester for the students. This number has witnessed a phenomenal growth over the last few years. A number of Student driven Forum and Clubs are formed to ensure events which contemporary to society and business environment.
MIT WPU stimulates joint as well as individual Research Projects. A team of students and faculty members bagged first prize in the Live HR Research Project Competition organized by MCCIA. In addition to Summer Internship Program, we have connect with Industry ad Chambers to get sponsored projects which are completed by student team. After the conclusion of such project, student team performance is assessed and certificate is granted.

The students cancelling their admission after the commencement of course will be receive the refund of fees after deductions of the amounts as mentioned below as prescribed by the University/Competent Authority.

We allow grace period, in case any student is not able to pay fees in given time period.
After the expiry of grace period, a notice shall be posted to your permanent address, allowing you another period of grace. Failing to report in the next grace period, your admission will be considered as cancelled.
Students enrolled for MBA and MCA programs are expected to have minimum of 90% of class room attendance and hence, are not allowed to work and study at the same time.
Students enrolled at MIT WPU can receive only one financial aid. No student can apply and receive additional outside financial aid.
Any student who receive outside financial aid has to report in MIT WPU’s office and follow the procedures to avail the financial aid.


The Placement is not an “End of Programme” activity and the institutional effort needs to begin at the entry level of the students by way of making them aware of what the industry would expect from them after they join their professional careers as trained managers, and should continue through their academic tenure till creating placement opportunities for them from corporate of high repute.

The campus is equipped with state-of-the-art physical, communication and computing infrastructure to facilitate a smooth placement process. Computing facilities, projection facilities for multimedia presentations; telecommunication facilities for teleconferencing and video-conferencing; seminar rooms and presentation halls for presentations/workshops are available.

  • Students with backlog in the 1st year which has not been cleared.
  • Students involved in disciplinary action such as e.g. – cheating, copying, disruption of academic process, individual behavior etc...
  • Fees are overdue.
  • Students that are put on ‘Placement Hold’ or ‘Placement Debar’ provision for a specific period.
The placement record for the every year is witnessing a good growth. The highest package for National Level placement last year was Rs. 9 Lacs and for International Placement was Rs. 26 Lacs. The average package was Rs. 5 Lacs.
