Management Education in recent years has moved beyond basic streams in line with Industry and macroeconomic requirements. Management aspirants are also venturing opportunities in upcoming streams beyond the basics.

In recent years, there is great demand in Industry for specific skill sets. This has led to the emergence of many specializations which are in line with dynamic Industry demands which promise a good future for students to peruse their dream and ambitions.

Corporate Social Responsibility is one such fast emerging stream which business approach that contributes towards sustainable development by delivering economic, sustainability and environmental benefits for all stakeholders. CSR is a concept with many definitions and practices.


  • The objective of the program is to develop young and dynamic post graduates in MBA – CSR, understanding shared value and responsible business practices to enter the professional world.
  • Students who are passionate to create successful career as CSR Professional in the areas; Environment, Social Inclusion, Sustainable Business Practices, Responsible Business and Ethics.


A blend of periodic written assessment and Continuous Assessment will be used for better student engagement and effective evaluation
  • The Program comprises of 6 Trimesters and adopts the Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) and Grading System.
  • Components of Assessment are suggested as
    • Final University Trimester End Written Exam : 30 %
    • Class Continuous Assessment (by course teacher) : 70 %
  • Continuous Assessment (Concurrent Evaluation): A continuous assessment approach in Trimester system (also known as internal assessment) is spread through the duration of course and is done by the course teachers. The continuous assessment provides a feedback on teaching learning process. The feedback after being analyzed is passed on to the concerned student for implementation and subsequent improvement.


From third semester and onward, following Specializations shall be offered

  1. Marketing (MKT)
  2. Finance (FIN)
  3. Human Resource (HR)

Pattern of Examination

The evaluation scheme comprises of:

  • University Evaluation
  • Concurrent Evaluation

For each Full credit (Three Credit) and Half Credit (Two Credit) courses:

  • 50 marks (Converted to 30% - written examination conducted by MIT World Peace University
  • 70 marks - to be evaluated through concurrent evaluation by the respective Course Teacher
"Summer Internship Project is a course to be evaluated for six credits (200 Marks as Internal Evaluation and 100 marks by External University Examination"

As per provisions of University, the Institute has discretion to offer all or only some of the specialization / subject electives provided for in the basket. The decision of Institute shall be binding on the student.

Globalization and Economic changes have thrown many challenges to management Education in terms of providing quality human force with right blend of theory and application.
